Starbucks Card

The writer is back! Finally fully recharged after a series of misfortunes. Lol... Anyway, I think I'm one of the slowest blogger to blog about this card. Starbucks Card has been out for more than a month I think? And only now I'm blogging about it. Apologies! I came about it when I was lurking on the Facebook page and all I read was just "card" and "Christmas merchandise". So the stupid me thought it was a Christmas card and didn't bother much till they finally launch it. So I pestered Louis to get me the Blue Snowman one and I got myself the Red Christmas one. You all must think why am I so greedy must get 2. The story was I thought Louis might think I was joking and won't get it for me so I being the kiasu one bought it first. Lol!!

I am a real fan of Starbucks. It is the place where I stay the whole time during my finals and when assignments are piling up. So imagine me without a Starbucks card will be a total impossible picture. Talk so much nia me and I never tell you all the benefits. OK... here goes! 

1) Upon registration online (www.starbucks.com.my), you will get a complimentary grande size of your choice for free! 

2) Get a complimentary slice of cake upon purchase of beverage on your birthday month!

3) A complimentary Grande handcrafted beverage of your choice on us when you've purchased ANY 10 handcrafted beverages, ANY tumbler, or ANY whole cake!

4)You can also get a complimentary 250g whole bean coffee or 12-pack VIA Ready Brew when you've purchased 8 packets of 250g whole bean coffee or 12-pack VIA Ready Brew!

5) When you already purchased 15 beverages, you can redeem for the Starbucks 2012 Planner!

BEWARE! whenever you redeem something, your tracker will reset to zero! So if you are aiming for the planner (like me) don't redeem the 10 handcrafted beverage thingy.... (don't say I didn't tell you)  

For RM20, the card is actually pre-loaded with your RM20 you paid. So technically it's free. There's this ongoing promotion that says if you top up till RM100, you'll get a free card caddy! Available in 3 colors. Go check it out in the store and at the same time purchase their Christmas merchandise. I personally love their Christmas series. If it wasn't because I'm under budget I definitely sapu all dy la... 

So at the mean time, if you don't wish to buy any merchandise, why not try their Christmas menu? I love the Toffee Nut and the Red Velveteeen (the cake was a bit too sweet but then can't complain la... it's quite nice!). Before I sign off and have my #foreveralone dinner, I'm gonna splash you guys cold water. The Christmas edition card is a limited edition one and it's out of stock temporarily. I'm not sure whether have they restock it and the last time I checked was on Wednesday. Tata my love!
